    We witnessed a horrible attack by a short blonde hair woman. Now a month later I saw her working there the other morning. I guess my report was ignored or its ok to assault an old person by whipping your shoes at him as he sat there. Terrible assault it could of been a lot worse if that window had shattered behind him.

    First time using Nanaimo airport. We were unsure as it was a holiday weekend but the service / organization was top notch. We were directed where to park and immediately there was a courtesy shuttle to take us from the parking lot to the terminal. No line ups , pleasant staff, couldn’t think of a better way to start the holiday season... Thank you!!

    Great little airport. Quick through security and fast exits are great. Being able to bypass Vancouver for Calgary is beyond description.

    Nice airport easy to find were you need to go. Staff are very helpful. Especial volunteers Kathleen and John.

    Not surprisingly, no response to email requesting information from airport staff. Parking rates are ridiculous, particularly for gravel lots. Have had trouble in the past with CCs when trying to get parking tickets.

    Great small airport. Fair charge for parking fee. Excellent security staff. Easy access for rental vehicle.
